Release of the Radio Fundamental Catalogue rfc_2016b

Dear colleagues,

  rfc_2016b astrometric catalogue has been released. Changes with respect 
to the previous release rfc_2016a:

  -- Added  6 VCS9 VLBA experiments

  -- Added  4 RDV  VLBA experiments

  -- Added  1 missed Bessel calibrator search experiments

  -- Added  9 vcs-i-i experiments, though no new sources

  -- Added last LCS experiment

  -- Added 3 VEPS experiments 


  Imaged a number of experiments. Added 1440 images, including 483
  images of sources that previously were not imaged.

  Fixed names of a number sources.

  In total, 605 new sources were added
