Release of the Radio Fundamental Catalogue rfc_2014c

Dear colleagues, 

  rfc_2014c astrometric catalogue has been released.
It is accessible via http://astrogeo.org/rfc

  This is mainly big-fix release. Changelog:

  -- Added   4 RDV experiments.

  -- Corrected names of 27 sources.

  -- Removed 3 entries for sources previosly regarded as double since their
     muiltiplicity was not confirmed by wide-field imaging.
